Apamate is a very smooth dark chocolate that uses a high percentage of cocoa liquor combined with a slight amount of cocoa butter perfectly harmonised to create an
earthy, toasty hint of spice with a delicate fruity aroma, subtle acidity and a long lingering on the palate. Despite being El Rey's darkest chocolate, Apamate's cocoa butter content gives it much less perceived bitterness than many other dark chocolates.
