A bag of Gran Saman dark chocolate pastilles with a cacao percentage of 70%, packed in a box.
This dark chocolate uses only a high percentage of cocoa liquor with no added cocoa butter which brings out a complexity in taste, flavour and aroma. The profound cacao taste is intense, bold and earthy while an overtone of friendly acidity provides a refreshing long linger in the palate.
Because of its great viscosity, Gran Saman melts less readily and is not recommended for other tempering applications.
